Hello and welcome to Boho Hippy Homes. I started my blog as a way to explore my past and how it got me to where I am today. What I’ve come to realize is, that I’ve been building the healthy home I desire because I came from a broken home. And I’m discovering over and over again that the people I meet have similar experiences.
And I believe the best way to create the home that feels like home is by taking care of not only our ourselves, physical and emotional, but also our built and green environments as well. The furniture we buy or make, the trinkets that are a reflections of our personalities, the crafts and hobbies we practice and the themes that run through our homes and lives, (mine’s hippy themed if you hadn’t noticed) are integral to the foundation of who we are. Home is also the relationships we chose to cultivate. The food we cook and share and the memories we create along the way.
This is why I created Boho Hippy Homes. To share with you the projects I’m working on, the insights I have about my relationships, and what I’m doing to create a healthy mind, body, spirit and home. It should be a good time, and I hope you find what I discover serves you to some degree. See you inside, and don’t forget to take your shoes off. Peace :)🏔️🌙
